From experience 99.9% of parents book either 11 am to 1 pm or 3 pm to 5 pm parties, as the children will be eating halfway through the party at either 12 noon lunchtime or 4 pm teatime. which is their usual time for eating so you won't have lots of wasted food.
During any of our two hour party packages there will be a break roughly halfway through (one hour into the party) for you to feed the children. Whilst the children are eating we will keep the atmosphere going with calmer background music (so as not to disrupt them from eating) and will also wander around the table performing gags etc.
If we are booked for the two hour stress-free ultimate party package, then a one hour set up is amazing as we have lots of equipment to set up and we want to give you the best experience possible. but we could set up in 45 minutes at a push.
Yes we do. Our shows are totally self-contained. So we supply everything that we need. We even have battery-operated sound systems just in case there was a problem with the electrics on the day so that the party would still go ahead. So that we wouldn't have to let anybody down if there was a power cut.
Absolutely! We pride ourselves on getting rebookings, and regularly perform for the same group of children over and over again. So we have five completely different shows so if pre warned, we can alternate so that the children never see the same show twice.
The venue is one of the most important things about hosting a party. A central location to where your guests are travelling from is a must and a fully functioning kitchen is always a good idea as you may want to heat up some of the party food. Parking is really important as you want people to arrive early and the last thing you want are parents stressing as they have to try and find a parking space away from the venue and then try to get their children to you on time. Plus imagine if you have 30 children's parents all turning up in cars at the same time you can imagine what chaos this causes if you don't have a car park attached to the venue. And will result in your party starting late. Also us entertainers need to unload and load all of our heavy equipment in and out of the venue and if we are travelling from a previous party we won't have time to park quite a way from the venue.
No! Not at all. As this is our full-time profession, This is all we do for a living. Unlike many part-time entertainers who have regular jobs and can only perform at the weekend, we regularly perform our shows any day of the week.
No we don't take deposits. We simply ask you to fill in an online booking form and then we generate the paperwork to send out to you. Once you've filled in the paperwork, We can then create a confirmation contract between us. Which is your guarantee that we are going to turn up on the day and do exactly what you have asked us to do and also that you abide to your commitments to the booking.
As a parent or booker we can totally understand why you would ask this question, and the good news is Yes we are! We think that all professional Children's entertainers should be insured. We are both, fully insured with public liability insurance through the famous actors and Variety artistes union "Equity" (of which we are both proud members) We each have cover of £10 million and we can provide proof if required on request.
Yes, we both hold fully enhanced DBS certificates and have signed up to the DBS update service annually for the Children's safety and for your peace of mind. We can also provide proof on request.
Due to popularity, we do advise that you book up your party as soon as possible, but we do sometimes get cancellations due to illness etc. So please feel free to get in touch with us, you never know.
As we cover a large area and have lots of different packages we can't give prices until we know your location and what type of entertainment you require. The easiest way to get prices is to fill in the simple enquiry form and we will come straight back to you with our various packages and prices. Or call us on 07746 171414
We have two methods of payment.
You can pay by BACS payment through your bank, which has to be settled at least 14 days before the event date.
Or
Some people prefer to pay in Cash on the day of the party. (Which is payable on arrival)
The choice is entirely up to you.
(Unfortunately at this moment in time we do not accept card payments.)
No, we don't have a minimum or maximum number of children at a party, but from experience, it's worth taking into consideration if you are thinking of hosting your party at home in your front room, and you want to invite the whole class (around 30 children) we would recommend you hiring a hall.
Yes, we often perform after-school parties. Sometimes children have very busy weekends with various clubs and sporting events so it's sometimes easier for them to have a midweek party (after school)
The other reason is, we do get booked up quite early. So if our weekends are booked up it may be worth, thinking about having a Friday evening after school party. Which ever day of the week you choose we will always make the event magical and memorable.

We have both been professional entertainers since leaving school and in that time have performed at literally thousands of parties and events. Charlie used to run the children’s entertainment team at top UK holiday company Butlins. We have entertained children on cruise ships all around the world and have also performed for the children of many celebrities and had the privilege of being asked to perform for the Royal children on several occasions.
