Depending on how much time the balloon twisters have. They can make more elaborate balloons if required. Obviously if there are hundreds of children then the balloon models will have to be less fancy but they will endeavour to make a balloon for every child. A good rule of thumb is to allow 5 minutes per balloon per child. The balloons can be made to suit a certain event or festive time of the year. Such as Christmas: Santa, Snowman - Reindeer.
